Skyline Roofs
At Cherry Campers, we supply and fit Skyline 'Pop Top' elevating roofs. We chose to partner with Skyline as their roofs have proved to be of an exceptionally high quality and feature a marine grade waterproof fabric canvas that can be ordered in a variety of colours to help you create the perfect look as well as add the functionality of the extra space. We spoke to other manufactures along with gathering feedback from consumers and we feel Skyline is one of the best quality roofs on the market, as well as fantastic value for money. Maximise the usable space in your van without compromising the look of your van as well as maintaining the highest form of safety. Skyline are a UK manufacturer using UK only sourced products. This ensures the pop top roofs ready to ship as soon as they are made to order, no waiting for European imports. They are also the UK market leaders in Safety and now have Full TUV Approval for their T5/6 roofs and ISO9001 rated, leading the market!
The Skyline Poptop is vacuum molded into a honeycomb structure which means it will never lose its shape. This process makes their roofs considerably stronger than traditional layered fibre glass. There is no through bolting in the roof, this removes the possible problem of leaking bolt holes and looks a million times better from the outside. The full internal strengthening frame puts back the structure into the body of the van, after the original van roof has been removed. Volkswagen UK have reviewed and approved the fitting of these roofs. Skyline use high lift stainless steel rear hinges as standard which gives adults room to sleep in the roof.
